Eligibility for Returns:
- Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials, tags, and accessories.
- Perishable goods (if applicable) and custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return:

Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days .
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by emailing contact@farmsdeal.com with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Orders: If we send you the wrong item, contact us, and we will correct the mistake at no extra charge.

Restocking Fee:

Exchanges:
