Refund Process:

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days .
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Exceptions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by emailing contact@farmsdeal.com with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
